Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any Payzoapi services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to individual services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Customer") and Payzoapi (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Services Overview

Payzoapi provides a comprehensive suite of API-based services, including but not limited to:

• • Shopping Portal: E-commerce platform, seller services, reseller APIs, and discount coupons
• • Travel Portal: Flight booking, hotel reservations, car rentals, holiday packages, travel insurance, and visa services
• • E-KYC Services: Aadhaar and PAN verification, bank account verification, GSTN verification, and live face verification
• • Payment Services: Pay-in, pay-out, QR code payments, and payment gateway integration
• • Courier Services: Domestic and international courier, express delivery, shipment tracking, packaging, and bulk shipping
• • Utilities: Electricity, water, gas bill payments, DTH recharge, mobile recharge, and broadband bill payments
• • Loan Services: Personal, business, home, education, vehicle, and gold loan facilitation

Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

• • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• • You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• • You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform
• • For business accounts, you must have proper authorization to bind the business entity

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
• • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services

API Usage and Integration

API License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our APIs in accordance with these terms and our API documentation. This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, or resell our APIs without explicit written permission.

API Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• • Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas specified for your account tier
• • Use the APIs for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our APIs
• • Use the APIs to build competing products or services
• • Share API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties
• • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

API Monitoring and Throttling

We reserve the right to monitor API usage, implement rate limiting, and throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse, excessive consumption, or violation of these terms.

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of our services. Fees may include transaction fees, API usage charges, subscription fees, and service-specific charges. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Currency and Taxes

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, and any foreign transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.

Billing and Invoicing

We will provide invoices for all transactions. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle. You must maintain valid payment information on file.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, APIs, software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through our platform are owned by Payzoapi or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Payzoapi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• • Your use or misuse of our services
• • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• • Your violation of any rights of third parties
• • Your breach of applicable laws or regulations
• • Any content or data you submit through our platform

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will immediately cease, but provisions regarding payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction
